Every Sunday in Lent

           Two adult formation classes will be offered each Sunday morning from
9:15am to 10:15 am: March 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7.

           The Path: We will continue our journey through the Bible. Meets in St. John Hall.

  Inquirer’s Class: Explore the Episcopal Church – our history, worship, how we read
the Bible, and more. This is for everyone new to the Episcopal Church, and for those
who would like a refresher course on the church. We will meet in the downstairs classroom.

Thursdays in Lent:

March 14, 21, 28, April 4, 11

            10 am Holy Eucharist, followed by discussion of the book “On the Brink of Everything”
by Parker Palmer. (Begins Thursday, March 7)

            6:00 to 7:30 Lenten Soup Suppers. A simple meal of soup, bread, and salad, followed by
a discussion on “Sharing Faith.”


Holy Week

Sunday, 14 April – Sunday of the Passion: Palm Sunday

            8, 10:30, Liturgy of the Palms, Procession, Holy Eucharist
7 pm – Taizé Vespers

Wednesday in Holy Week, 17 April 7:00 pm

 “Women Of Passion, A Journey to the Cross” This liturgy is a Stations of the Cross, from the perspective of the women who were present at Jesus’ journey to the cross. All are welcome - women and men.

Maundy Thursday, 18 April 7:00 pm

 Liturgy for Maundy Thursday: includes the Washing of the Feet, Agape Meal, Holy Eucharist, Stripping of the Altar and the Overnight Vigil

Good Friday, 19 April

            Noon – Stations of the Cross
7 pm – Good Friday Liturgy

21 April – Sunday of the Resurrection: Easter Day

            6:30 am – Great Vigil of Easter
10:30 am – Festal Holy Eucharist
