Commitment Form

We have begun a Capital Campaign to replace our aging roof and install solar panels along with an energy storage system.
New roof:
The roof replacement project will commence in late spring/early summer of this year. Due to the age of the roof, the roof replacement project is required before the solar project can commence. We are asking that commitments for the new roof to be paid on or before May 1, 2024.
Solar panels and energy storage project:
The church will proceed with the solar and energy storage project in the event Rocky Mountain Power indicates it will provide a Blue Sky grant in the amount of at least 50% of the project cost. All Saints can reasonably expect to receive an additional 30% grant under the Federal Inflation Reduction Act. In the event neither of these criteria are met, All Saints will not proceed with the project and there will be no obligation to any financial commitments made. It is expected Rocky Mountain Power will notify All Saints on Blue Sky grant funding in April 2024. We are asking that financial commitments for the solar project to be paid on or before May 15, 2024.

• Online. You can fill out the information below and simply submit it using the button at the bottom of the page. Your information will be securely forwarded to the treasurer.
• In person at church. In the baptistry, there are printed copies of this form. Fill it out and give it to the Rev. Trace Browning, Marlin Haws, Doug Fonte or Bob Warther.
